Lee Smith

Lee brings an illustrious coaching history that spans over 29 remarkable seasons at Eden Prairie High School, where he amassed an impressive record of 547 wins, 220 losses, and 40 ties.

Troy grew up in Minnesota, lettering in hockey for three years at Bloomington Jefferson High School. He led them to a 24-1 record his senior year (lost to Lee's team) and a top-five place ranking nationally.

Lucas Truax

Jonathan Garcia is an American speed skater. Garcia began his skating career as inline speed skater, winning his first national title in 2004. He represented the United States three times in the World Championships, winning a bronze medal in 2006. In 2007, he represented the United States at the Pan American Games before transitioning to short track speed skating on the ice.

Jonathan Garcia is an American speed skater. Garcia began his skating career as inline speed skater, winning his first national title in 2004. He represented the United States three times in the World Championships, winning a bronze medal in 2006. In 2007, he represented the United States at the Pan American Games before transitioning to short track speed skating on the ice.

Reid, growing up in Minnesota, honed his skills in one of hockey’s most competitive environments, earning multiple state records as a standout goalie at Red Wing High School. With a deep understanding of the position and a commitment to helping goalies refine their technique, Reid focuses on building strong fundamentals, sharp reflexes, and game-ready confidence.

Reid Jacobson

Reid, growing up in Minnesota, honed his skills in one of hockey’s most competitive environments, earning multiple state records as a standout goalie at Red Wing High School. With a deep understanding of the position and a commitment to helping goalies refine their technique, Reid focuses on building strong fundamentals, sharp reflexes, and game-ready confidence.

Garrett Smith

Garrett Smith just finished four years at St. John's University Minnesota. While he was there he was the associate captain during his senior year. During his junior career, he was a captain for Rochester Grizzlies leading them to a 2nd place finish. Before that, he played at Eden Prairie High School under is dad (Lee Smith).

Parker just finished his four years at the United States Air Force Academy playing for the men's NCAA division 1 team competing in 107 games. While there, he was the assistant captain his senior year. During his junior career, he played 2 years (104 games) for the Fairbanks Ice Dogs in the North American Hockey League (NAHL). Before that, he played 61 games in the NAPHL for the Esmark Stars 18U AAA team.

Parker just finished his four years at the United States Air Force Academy playing for the men's NCAA division 1 team competing in 107 games. While there, he was the assistant captain his senior year. During his junior career, he played 2 years (104 games) for the Fairbanks Ice Dogs in the North American Hockey League (NAHL). Before that, he played 61 games in the NAPHL for the Esmark Stars 18U AAA team.

Nate just finished his four years at the United States Air Force Academy playing for the men's NCAA division 1 team competing in 113 games. During his junior career, he played 3 years (150 games) for the Minnesota Wilderness in North American Hockey League (NAHL) serving as an assistant captain. Before that, he played in Elk River, MN for Elk River High School for 3 years.

Nate Horn

Nate just finished his four years at the United States Air Force Academy playing for the men's NCAA division 1 team competing in 113 games. During his junior career, he played 3 years (150 games) for the Minnesota Wilderness in North American Hockey League (NAHL) serving as an assistant captain. Before that, he played in Elk River, MN for Elk River High School for 3 years.

Brian grew up playing hockey outdoors on the frozen ponds of Minnesota. He was captain of his Eden Prairie High School hockey team and became a 20-goal scorer for the Waterloo Blackhawks of the United States Hockey League. Brian earned a full-ride scholarship to play Division 1 hockey at Niagara University. He has a wealth of hockey knowledge to share with youth hockey players as they develop their skills.

I work with in-person clients, online clients, and youth athletes. My goal with every person is to tailor a training program that is specific to them and their needs and wants. It doesn’t get much better than seeing clients mastering movements, getting stronger, and feeling better.
